Ongoing Storytelling Activities in Goa --

The Katha Kosa Story Club, which facilitates Storytelling primarily by and for adults, is facilitated by Dhara Kothari.  Katha Kosa aims at reviving the art of storytelling for all age groups, and at maintaining the oral tradition of passing on culture, tradition and history through stories.  And also to encourage creative thinking amongst the people.  To create new contemporary stories and to learn from the previous ones.  Each one has stories to tell and share.  Each one is always anxious to hear and understand other stories too.  Let us then pass on stories, old and new to one and all.

We tell all kinds of stories, including folk tales, audience-participation stories, inspirational stories, stories about working in corporations, and spiritual stories; for children and adults.  Stories can be created, told, and shared through poetry, puppets, games, drawings and paintings, photos, acting, songs and so on.  Suiting all occasions and age groups.

Come forward and join us to create storytelling skits, plays, shows and events.  If you belong to a company, institution, or any other kind of organization, please call us for unique entertainment programs, including comedy acts.
